Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr (or possibly use fresh ginger and garlic if you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp. Catsup
  • 2 lb Broiler-fryer chicken pcs (up to 3)

Инструкции

  1. Combin all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Place chicken pcs in a shallow pan or possibly large plastic bag. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover or possibly seal tightly and let chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hrs, turning pcs once during the time.
  2. Soak clay pot as usual (15 min at least in cool water). Combine chicken and sauce in the cooker. Cover and put into a cool oven and bake at 400 degrees for an hour or possibly till the juices run clear.
  3. Serves 4
