  • Nonstick cooking spray All-purpose flour
  • 1 pkt White cake mix
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 x Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pkt (3oz) sugar-free lemon gelatin
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 3 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 x Lemon , Juice of

  1. Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan with the cooking spray and then coat it with flour. In a mixing bowl, mix well by hand the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 50 min. Cold on a rack for 10 min. Remove from the pan and let cold for 1 hour before glazing. For glaze, combine ingredients and drizzle over cake.
  2. Makes 10 servings.
