Рецепт Jamaican Salad

Ингредиенты

1/4 cabbage 1 crisp lettuce 4 slices fresh pineapple

1/4 fresh coconut 4 tbsp pineapple juice

Инструкции

1. remove outer leaves from cabbage
2. wash cabbage, lettuce and drain and shred finely
3. peel coconut and chop into small pieces
4. mix all ingredients in a bowl
5. pour pineapple juice over mix and serve
