  • 1/4 c. Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry jerk seasoning

  1. Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage mix and toss well. Cover and refrigeratebefore serving.
