- Yields sufficient to fill six 8-oz jars.
- In a large, heavy saucepan combine all ingredients, except bananas, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add in bananas and lower heat to a simmer, stirring regularly till mix is thick.
- Ladle into warm, sterilized jars and seal immediately according to instructions accompanying your particular type of canning jars.
