Инструкции
- Remove the membranes from the fruit segments
- Wash and dry rose petals in a colander
- Using a big saucepan, boil everything on medium heat aprox 45 minutes
- Test consistency by dropping a little on a cold surface
- When it congeals, it is ready for the next step
- To remove the fruit and petals, pour the jam through a sieve into your sterilisized bottles, while the jam is still hot
- Allow to cool before closing the lids
- Use your off-cut fabrics to "dress " the bottles attracktively
- Alternatives:
- In stead of rose petals, you may also use the blooms of Lavender, nasturtium,Freesias,violets, Rosemary and Carnations
