12 whl jalapeno chile pepper
6 Tbsp. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Flour

1 x Egg
1/2 c. Bread crumbs Oil

Инструкции

Slit peppers and remove seeds. Stuff with cheese and dip in flour, egg and crumbs. Repeat to make a thick coat of breading. Deep fry in oil for 25 seconds. Serve warm
