Jalapeño Minted Coleslaw

A spicy twist on coleslaw with a kick of heat from the jalapeño and the coolness of mint for a refreshing balance to the slaw

Ингредиенты

  • 1 16 Oz Bag Coleslaw mix
  • 1 Jalapeño Chopped
  • 3 Scallions Chopped
  • 6 Fresh mint leaves chiffonade
  • 1/4 C Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 C Hellmans Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbl Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Sirachia sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Rinse coleslaw mix and spin dry add to a large mixing bowl
  2. Place jalapeños , scallions, yogurt , mayonnaise , vinegar, milk, sirachia sauce, sugar, salt and pepper into a blender or food processor and pulse till well combined
  3. Add sauce and chiffonade mint leaves to the cole slaw
  4. Mix well
  5. Chili and serve
