Ингредиенты

  • 4 x pork, cutlets, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness or possibly 4 turkey, cutlets, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pch salt pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 x onion, minced
  • 1 c. sliced button mushroom
  • 1/8 c. red wine
  • 1/2 c. beef stock
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or possibly beef bouillon, dissolved in half a c. of water
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley

Инструкции

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper. Dredge cutlets in seasoned flour. In a skillet heat butter and oil. Brown cutlets about 3 min on each side. Set aside. Add in onions to skillet. Cook till they are tender then add in mushrooms. Cook for another 5 min. Deglaze with wine and beef stock. Season with soy sauce. Garnish with parsley.
