- Whip large eggs and add in cream, evaporated lowfat milk, chocolate syrup and instant coffee. Cook over low heat for 10 min (don't allow to boil). Remove from heat and add in whiskey, vanilla and almond extract. Chill. Will keep 2 weeks.
