  • 1 lb loaf White bread,cut into cubes
  • 8 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 c. Prosciutto, diced
  • 1 c. Salami, diced
  • 1/4 lb Pepperoni, diced
  • 1 lb Mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced Grnd black pepper, to taste

  1. My friends wife gave me this recipe about four years ago for a party I was having for Christmas. It was an immediate hit and I have been serving it whenever I roast a turkey. It was such a hit which I make extra in a casserole dish.
  2. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with sufficient water to moisten.
  3. Add in the Large eggs, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and pepper, mix well.
  4. Place stuffing in a bowl or possibly casserole dish. If using a casserole dish, bake uncovered at 375 F. for 35 to 45 min.
  5. Makes 8 servings.
