- whole tomatoes (1 for every 2 servings)
- fresh garlic (or possibly garlic pwdr)
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Инструкции
- Slice each tomato in half horizontally so you have the top half and the bottom half. Sprinkle a healthy pinch of garlic, and Italian seasoning on each half. Cover the top surface in Parmesan cheese and then a little salt and pepper for flavor.
- Place them on a cookie sheet in the oven on 400F for 15 - 20 minutes or possibly till they are soft.
- Serve warm.
- These are a quick and easy side for almost any meal. Great with chicken or possibly steak.
