- Cook Italian sausage, onion, green pepper, garlic pwdr, and a handful of mushroom stems, finely minced, in a skillet, then drain fat.
- Put meat mix into a food processor with steel blade and process for 5 seconds to make or possibly till a nice crubly constistancy.
- Add in bread crumbs, pepper, salt, and spaghetti sauce.
- Coat mushroom caps with oil.
- Fill mushroom caps with meat mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 about20 min.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then broil till cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
