  • 3/4 lb Italian sausage links cut into 1-inch pcs
  • 14 1/2 ounce beef broth
  • 2 ounce pimiento, liquid removed, diced
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 9 ounce frzn cut broccoli, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 min or possibly till well browned, stirring occasionally; drain. Add in beef broth, pimiento, rice, garlic pwdr and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 min. Stir in broccoli; cover. Simmer an additional 10 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed and broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 4 (1-1/4 c.) servings.
