Ингредиенты

10# round Italian sausage 6 Tbsp. garlic 3 dozen Large eggs 5# shredded mozzarella cheese 5 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 c. parsley 2 c. onions, finely minced season to taste 10 unbaked 10 inch pie crusts

Инструкции

1. In a skillet, saute/fry sausage; drain off grease. Mix all the other items. Season and pour into pie shell.
2. Makes 10 pies.
3. Recipe can reduced: If making one pie, use 7 Large eggs, 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. Parmesan, 2 tsp. garlic, 1 tsp. parsley, 1/2 small onion, minced and 1 lb sausage.
4. Bake at 375
