Рецепт italian sauce
My mum is a professinol cook and this is one of her favourite dishes.
Ингредиенты
- 1 clove of garled finally choppped
- 1 large onlon finally sliced
- 500 g of mince meat
- 6 tins of chopped tomatoes blended
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Oregano
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 pack of penne pasta
Инструкции
- Add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in to a sauce pan and add the chopped garlic, sliced onions and mince meat till golden
- Brown , then add the chopped tomatoes, oregano , salt and pepper for seasoning then leave
- To simmer till the sauce become nice and thick
- For the pasta
- Boil the water in to a large pan and add the pasta till it cooked and then
- Drain the pasta
