  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp each chopped chives, tarragon and basil
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  1. combine everything except the oil and salt and pepper into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times. Add the oil and puse a couple more times. Taste and season. Make this a day ahead and refrigerate makes 2 cups
