Ингредиенты
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1lb Italian sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbs oregano
- 1/2 tbs parsley
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp red crush pepper
Инструкции
- Preheat oven 350°
- Mix all ingredients.
- Roll into round 1” balls
- Place on cookie sheet
- Bake 20-30 mins til cooked through
- I leave mine with pink center and finish cooking In my sauce
