Рецепт Italian Meatballs
A very tasty meatball that you just bake in your oven, less mess. My husband likes these with or without sauce.

- 2 Large eggs~ lightly beaten
- 2 Cups Italian Bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Cups milk
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Medium yellow onion minced
- 2 Tbs. dried oregano
- 1/4 Cup parsley chopped
- 1 1/2 Lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 Lb Italian ground sausage

- Blend milk and bread crumbs in a large bowl and let set for a bit
- In another bowl add break eggs, add cheese, garlic, onion, oregano, parsley and blend softly
- Add bread crumb mixture, then blend meats into all
- Form meatballs into 2 inch rounds and place on a sheet pan that has been covered with a bit of olive oil. Place into a hot 425 oven and bake for 35 minutes until brown
- You can serve these with your favorite sauce or plain
