- 1 stk margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 x Large eggs, separated
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 sm can coconut
- 1 stk margarine
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
Инструкции
- Cream margarine, sugar and egg yolks. Sift flour and baking soda.
- Alternate the flour mix and buttermilk. Add in vanilla, nuts and coconut.
- Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mix. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cold.
- Frosting:Cream margarine and cheese; add in remaining ingredients and beat till smooth.
