- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 8 ounce grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. water

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Take the casing off the sausage and crumble into skillet. Cook and drain off grease. Put together all ingredients together and form mix into small balls. Cook on cookie sheet about 1/4 inch apart for 20 min.Serve hot.
