Ингредиенты

  • 3 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 lb plum tomatoes seeded, diced
  • 1 ounce fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
  • 12 ounce dry angel-hair pasta cooked
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil and add in garlic; cook till it turns white. Add in tomatoes and pepper and heat through, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 min. Tomatoes shouldn't lose their shape. Remove from heat.
  2. Transfer warm, cooked pasta to large bowl. Toss pasta gently with tomato mix, basil and half of Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and pass remaining Parmesan.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
