  • 3/4 c. Oatmeal (preferably fine)
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Hot water

Инструкции

  1. Mix flour and salt together. Slowly add in hot water. Roll out onto a floured board to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into triangles.
  2. Cook on a non-stick pan or possibly griddle till golden brown on both sides. Dry out in a 300F oven till crisp.
  3. These cakes are eaten buttered as a snack or possibly with dinner.
