Рецепт Irish Coffee
Irish Coffee
I am not sure if you know it, but I am Irish Catholic.
I would like to say I know a little bit about Irish customs, being that my ancestors came from there.
Until currently, we have not been known for our culinary prowess.
It is a bad rap that it seems we can not beat. It is not until recently we are now coming into our own with new revamped recipes made with fresh and local ingredients. Great Chefs such as the likes of Rachael Allen and Cathal Armstrong are blazing the way into a new frontier.
With that said, I don’t think anyone would dispute that we love our drink. Guinness Beer and Jameson Whiskey have been made for generations in Ireland. It is one of our trademarks. I doubt if our love of those two iconic drinks will ever disappear. Which brings me to one of my favorite Irish drinks.
Well, you can enjoy this Irish coffee any time of the day, but I love to drink it right before dessert. Why regulate this to only Saint Patrick’s Day?
