1 c. corn oil 2 c. white sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 4 c. apples, diced 1 c. nuts, minced 1/3 c. butterscotch morsels

Инструкции

1. Cream oil, sugar, large eggs and vanilla till fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients, add in to other mix and mix well. Add in apples and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan, lightly greased on bottom only. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips on top. Bake 60 min at 350 degrees. Serve hot or possibly cold, or possibly with a sauce or possibly whipped topping.
