Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 1/2 lb Mild pork sausage
  • 1 x Onion -- minced
  • 1/2 x Bell pepper -- minced
  • 1 x Rib celery -- minced
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of celery soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Raw rice

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry grnd beef, pork sausage, and then pour off drippings. Saute/fry onion, bell pepper and celery. Add in all cream of mushroom soup, celery soup, chickensoup and rice. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
  2. Tastes just like maw-maw's homemade dirty rice.
