Following on from the interview with Justin, Petrus has answered some questions. Petrus appeared on DSTV as a contestant in Masterchef: The Professionals, UK, and his smile and attitude were amazing. I was rooting for Petrus, but sadly, the title was not to be. From humble beginnings to working with Margot Janse, Petrus now works as a Sous Chef at “The Vine” in Sevenoaks, Kent.
