So here is my version of a Mississippi Pot Roast….instead of letting it cook all day long in the slow cooker or oven, I reduced the time to about an hour and did it in the Instant Pot®.  I also used a rump roast instead of a chuck roast.  The flavors are amazing and one of the best roasts I have ever had.  Y’all have to give it a 2 tablespoons olive 1 tablespoon Better than 3/4 cup 2 tablespoons 1 envelope Ranch dressing dry 1 envelope dry onion soup 8-10 pepperoncinis….and about 1/4 cup of the Sauté the roast on each side till add in butter while Mix the wet bouillon mixture with the Add the dry mixes over top of Add in the pepperoncinis and the…
