- Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
- Green chilli - 2-3 , finely chopped
- Few Broken Cashews
- Hing - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - Few finely chopped
- Curry leaves -Few
- Baking soda / fruit salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - to grease idli plates
- Oil - 1 tsp
