Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Salted peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 c. Sliced onion
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Bouillon
  • 2 lb Lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients, except butter, bouillon and pork in food processor and blend to a fine puree. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add in melted butter and bouil- lon. Remove from heat and cold. Pour over pork and marinate at least 3 hrs.
  2. Thread on skewers and broil slowly over charcoal, turning frequently.
  3. Cook 25 to 30 min. Serve with rice and extra sauce.
  4. Serves 4.
