  • 7 c. Fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 12 x Soft ladyfingers

Инструкции

  1. Reserve 1 c. berries for garnish. In nonaluminum saucepan, combine remaining berries, sugar and lemon juice; cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 7 to 10 min or possibly till softened and juicy but not mushy.
  2. Cut each ladyfinger into thirds; place 2 pcs in each of six 3/4 c. stemmed glasses. Spoon scant 1/4 c. fruit mix over top. Repeat layers twice, pressing with back of spoon.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hrs or possibly up to 1 day. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with reserved berries.
  4. Makes 6 servings.
