Ингредиенты

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pcs
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 c. Cauliflower florets, cut into bite-size pcs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Frzn peas, thawed

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in potatoes and ginger; saute/fry till potatoes are lightly browned, about 3 min. Fold in cauliflower, then salt, turmeric, chili pwdr and paprika; saute/fry 5 min. Add in 1/2 c. water; cover and simmer till vegetables are tender, about 5 min. Add in peas and simmer 2 min. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
