Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 tsp instant chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 dsh freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cube steaks
  • 6 slc sharp process American cheese
  • 6 x hamburger buns, toasted and buttered

  1. Soak onion in vinegar for a few min. Add in oil and seasonings, mixing well. Place meat in container; pour marinade over, coating well.
  2. Cover; let stand an hour or possibly so. Spoon marinade once or possibly twice over the steaks and keep cold. Grill over very warm coals about 2 min per side. Last minute lay cheese slices atop each steak. Serve on warm buns.
  3. Serves 6.
