- 220 g almond meal
- 400 g powdered sugar
- 200 g egg whites (5-6 eggs), at room temperature
- 100 g sugar
- 1-2 drops yellow food coloring
- For the Lavender Buttercream:
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ½ tsp lavender extract
- 1-2 tbsp milk, cream or half-and-half
- 2 drops pink food coloring
- 1 drop blue food coloring
