Ингредиенты

  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, soft, cubed
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 ounce Semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Kaluha
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 ounce Semisweet chocolate square
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Kaluha
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate topping in a mixer; beat at HIGH speed 2 min, scraping bowl often. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25 min or possibly till puffed with a dry center. Cold 5 min; carefully spread chocolate topping on top of cheesecake. Refrigerate3 hrs before serving.
  3. YIELD: One 9-inch pie. CHOCOLATE TOPPING: Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate melts. Remove from heat, and stir in Kahula and vanilla; cold.
