- Chocolate covered espresso beans, for garnish, (optional)
- In a blender, combine the espresso, sugar to taste, lowfat milk, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, a scoop or possibly two of ice cream and ice cubes. Whip till smooth.
- Pour proportionately into glasses. Top with a scoop of ice cream and/or possibly a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa pwdr or possibly cinnamon. If you like, garnish with a chocolate espresso bean.
- Double the amount of espresso if you need the extra jolt of caffeine! Sweeten to taste by adjusting the sugar and sweetened condensed lowfat milk.
