  • 1 x Finely chopped garlic clove Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Snipped fresh chives
  • 1 lrg Head iceberg lettuce, cut into six wedges Grated carrot for garnish

Инструкции

  1. In a bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  2. Arrange Iceberg wedges on a serving plate and before serving, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with grated carrot.
  3. Yield: 6 servings
