- Favorite ice cream flavors in a quick-to-make pie. Instant pudding & pie filling and whipped topping provide the base for these delectable freezer pies with a variety of stir in ingredients.
- POUR lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- FREEZE 6 hrs or possibly overnight till hard. Let stand at room temperature or possibly in refrigerator 15 min or possibly till pie can be cut easily.
- GARNISH as desired.
- Makes 8 servings
- Cookies-and-Cream Pie: Use JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling and chocolate crumb crust. Stir in 1 c. minced chocolate sandwich cookies with whipped topping.
- Rocky Road Pie: Use JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling and chocolate crumb crust. Stir in 1/3 c. each BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips, miniature marshmallows and minced nuts with whipped topping. Serve with chocolate sauce, if you like.
- Peanut Butter Pie: Use JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling and graham cracker crumb crust. Reduce lowfat milk to 1 c. and add in 1/ 2 c. peanut butter with pudding mix. Serve with chocolate sauce and minced peanuts, if you like.
