  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 2 c. Chow Mien Noodles -- divided
  • 1 can Tuna in Water -- liquid removed
  • 1 c. Celery -- sliced thin
  • 1/4 c. Onion -- minced
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 1 qt casserole with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, water, tuna, black pepper, onion, celery and 1 c. of chow mien noodles, and stir till well mixed. Pour mix into prepared casserole, and spread remaining chow mien noodles over top of mix. Bake, uncovered, for 30 min.
  2. NOTES :This recipe may be doubled. Don't freeze this casserole, because the noodles will get soggy. Fat and sodium content may be reduced by using low fat/sodium cream of mushroom soup and/or possibly low fat/sodium chow mien noodles.
