  • 4 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Onion, minced
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2 c. Water, boiling Salad oil

  1. Combine dry ingredients, onion, and egg; add in boiling water, stirring constantly till mix is smooth. Add in more water if necessary. Drop by spoonfuls into deep, warm oil. Cook till golden.
