Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 lrg Onions, coarsely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Hungarian sweet paprika Lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet and toss in the onions. cover and coook over low heat for 10 min. Uncover, raise heat a bit and saute/fry for 10 - 12 min till golden brown. Add in the paprika. Stir over lowest heat for a minute or possibly two till the paprika has lost its raw taste. Serve these with mashed potatoes along with a dollop of lowfat sour cream.
