Eden loves hummus. She’s not quite 8 months old, so the fact that it’s a texture that she can easily lick of a spoon is probably most of the reason, but she will quite happily munch her way through a huge dollop of the stuff. As such, we’ve been eating a lot of it lately. Staring at the tub one day, inspiration struck, and I thought I’d try making hummus roasted cauliflower.
