Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup tehina
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (1 squeezed lemon)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Put garlic in food processor and chop first. Add all remaining ingredients and mix on high.2. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
