  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix together all ingredients using a whisk or possibly hand beater. Transfer batter into a greased ring or possibly bundt pan.Bake for 50 min at 350°F.
  2. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar drizzle with icing or possibly serve plain.
