- Slice potatoes in buttered baking dish
- Brown bacon, drain, reserve drippings
- Saute onions in 2 tb drippings
- Combine onions and bacon together
- Combine cream, peppers, and nutmeg in saucepan
- Bring to boil and add cornstarch slurry
- Sprinkle bacon/onion mixture over potatoes
- Top with sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese
- Bake at 400* 30-45 minutes
