  • Fresh concord (purple) grapes

  1. Put washed bunches of grapes in the top basket of the steamer juicer.
  2. The juice will collect in the middle section.
  3. Unclamp the rubber hose and fill sterilized quart jars with hot grape juice.
  4. Put hot lid on jar.
  5. That’s it. The official canning guide suggests that you use a boiling water canner to process your juice. My mom’s been canning grape for 60 years and she doesn’t process her grape juice. You’ll have to make that call.
  6. Check your lids for a seal before storing.
