1/3 c. RED WINE VINEGAR SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
1 pch TARRAGON
1 Tbsp. DIJON MUSTARD

1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. VEGETABLE OIL

Whisk vinegar into salt, pepper, tarragon and mustard. Add in oils, continuously whisking till dressing is light and fluffy. This light, tasty salad is a perfect accompaniment to a fish dinner.
