Ингредиенты

  • 1 med Head Iceburg lettuce, torn into bite-size pcs
  • 2 med -sized tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 x Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm Red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 lrg Stalk celery, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Salad oil
  • 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lb Romano cheese, grated Salt & pepper to taste Oregano to taste Accent to taste

  1. Place lettuce in a bowl and garnish with remaining ingredients. Just before serving, pour Sabatino Dressing over salad. Sabatino Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
