We’re not done with hot chocolate season just yet. To change things up a bit I decided to make hot white chocolate 2 ways from scratch. I’ve tried a couple of packaged ones and they were just, meh. If I’m going to indulge I want it to be worth the splurge. This isn’t so much a recipe but a method. Don’t ya just love those! I started by microwaving 12 oz. of chocolate chips on high at 35-second intervals until they were smooth. Next, I placed them in a frosting bag and piped the hot white chocolate into a 24 count silicone mini brownie mold. 12 oz. only filled eight of the molds.
