1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
1 can (9.25-ounce) tuna

1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4-ounce) mushrooms Garlic pwdr to taste Worcestershire to taste Crushed almonds

Heat cheese and soup till blended. Add in other ingredients and serve warm with chips.
